Turbulent is currently looking for a Senior UX Strategist for a full time position. The incumbent will collaborating closely with various stakeholders within projects in order to establish the best possible strategy for Turbulent’s clients while prioritizing and defending the user’s needs as well as the client’s objectives.
The candidate possesses the required expertise in order to implement a coherent vision of the user experience among projects, creates and conceives innovative products.
In this position, the Senior UX Strategist will be working closely with the company’s clients and will be called upon to develop long-term partnerships with them.
Analyse the client’s business needs, consumer’s expectations and create user experience bridging the two
Guide the client in the development of his product or web platform in order to offer the best solution possible
Implement research activities as needed within projects
Involve the client and the team in the research and share its benefits for the project
Work closely with artistic directors and producers within projects
Offer and develop solutions respecting established strategies, technical constraints and budgets
Produce deliverables as needed according to the project’s needs (flows, architectures, wireframes, functional prototypes, etc.)
Present user centered design approaches to internal teams as well as clients
Maintain user experience quality throughout the development process
Write information or specification documents in support of the project
Maintain a strategic watch on best practices in terms of research and usability as well as on latest trends in web & multimedia industry
Bachelor’s degree in a domain related to man-machine dialogue
5+ years in a similar position
Compelling portfolio of digital strategies
In-depth knowledge of Sketch or Axure software
Excellent comprehension of a digital platform production life-cycle
Ability to analyse and understand user’s behaviours and solve design problematics in a creative manner
In-depth knowledge of best practices in ergonomics of user’s web & mobile interfaces
Proficiency in French and English is required
Excellent sense of communication
Strong analytical thinking
Excellent capacity to work in teams
Opened to criticism
Attention to detail and meticulousness
